This policy explains what information Bow Rewards ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this site simple and collect as little as possible.
What this site is
This website is an advertisement. We are an independent affiliate that promotes a reward offer run by a third-party sponsor, Uplevel Rewards. We do not run the offer, hold your account, or provide the reward.

Questionnaire answers. The questionnaire on our page runs entirely in your web browser. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or mailing address, and your answers are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Tracking code on the offer link. When you click through to the sponsor, a short code may be added to the link that reflects your country and how you answered the questionnaire (for example, "CA_ready"). Clicks on the offer link and completed offers are tracked by our affiliate network, which may use its own cookies or similar technology when you follow the link.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you viewed and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Information you give the sponsor
When you click through to the offer, you leave our site. Anything you enter on the sponsor's site, such as your email address, name or mailing address, is collected by the sponsor and its partners, not by us.
